Start with your leaders’ real input
Each leader completes a short pre-session survey on priorities, concerns, and questions. Leif and Marina shape the session around the issues your team identifies.
During
Agree on priorities and ownership
Your leaders work through the decisions together, assign owners and dates, and agree on how to measure progress.
After
Receive the written plan
Within five business days, your team receives its written 90-day AI leadership plan. At day 30, a 30-minute follow-up call with the plan owners reviews progress.
